Swimming Career Highlights
Krisztina Egerszegi, Hungary Born : 1974 in Budapest. One of the world`s best backstroke swimmers who also achieved success in the individual medley. A "darling" of Hungary, Egerszegi won 5 Olympic golds in 3 championships, from the age of 14. Her world record  for 200 metres Backstroke lasted for 17 years before being broken in 2008.
